There are plenty of job boards available that will list available jobs that you can apply for as well. Some websites allow you to see who posted the job or who works at the facility, which offers you an opportunity to reach out and make a connection before they even see your resume.

You can also go straight to a staffing agency and have their recruiters find jobs for you.
